idk I just personally think that getting chills from music is the best part of being alive. like when a song is so good you can feel it in your whole body. that’s why I’m here.
Rejection-sensitive or not, you have to accept when people say “no” and realize that people’s “no” is not about you. A boundary is never about you, it’s about that person’s sense of security. Do not make people’s personal limits a matter of targeted offence.
one reason why i think sydney and carmy make such a fun pair is that narratively they are in different places but like coexisting (through food). like sydney is in Working Girl (1988) and carmy is in Silent Hill (2006) and somehow they still figure out how to run a restaurant together.
Realistically I could never get rid of tumblr because it gives me the illusion of a community of strange young women all around my same age, all slowly figuring out how to live too
